The length of time that a cookie remains on your computer or mobile device depends on whether it is a “persistent” or “session” cookie. Session cookies last until you stop browsing and persistent cookies last until they expire or are deleted. Most of the cookies we use are persistent and will expire between 30 minutes and two years from the date they are downloaded to your device.
You can control and manage cookies in various ways. Please keep in mind that removing or blocking cookies can negatively impact your user experience and parts of our website may no longer be fully accessible.
Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can choose whether or not to accept cookies through your browser controls, often found in your browser’s “Tools” or “Preferences” menu. For more information on how to modify your browser settings or how to block, manage or filter cookies can be found in your browser’s help file or through such sites as: www.allaboutcookies.org.
Additionally, please note that blocking cookies may not completely prevent how we share information with third parties such as our advertising partners. To exercise your rights or opt-out of certain uses of your information by these parties, please follow the instructions in the “Behavioural Advertising” section above.
Klaviyo
The website of DLMC AG uses cookies to track which items you have added to your cart or if you have abandoned your cart. Based on this information, it determines when you will receive an SMS reminder about your cart.
The above information does not include any data related to the text message sender’s opt-in or consent. This information is not shared with third parties.
Linkster
Use of Cookies
We use the tracking technology of Linkster GmbH, Colonnaden 5, 20354 Hamburg, on this website to measure and visualize insights into partnerships and advertising channels. This functionality is used to assess the effectiveness of the respective advertising measures. Furthermore, the collected information enables us to attribute advertising success for billing purposes with the relevant advertising partners. When you click on an advertising integration, cookies are set in your browser, which are read in the event of a transaction. At each touchpoint, your browser sends an HTTP request to Linkster’s server, transmitting specific information. This information includes the URL of the webpage where the advertisement is placed (referrer URL), the browser identifier (user agent) of your device (including information about the device type and operating system), the IP address of the device (this IP address is anonymized and hashed before storage), HTTP headers (automatically transmitted data packets from your browser containing various technical details), the timestamp of the request, and, if previously stored on the device, the cookie and its contents.
A cookie is a small data packet exchanged between your browser and the server. This data packet can store and transmit information relevant to the web application, such as the contents of a virtual shopping cart.
The tracking technology stores cookies on your device to document actions. The cookie contains a 24-character anonymous ID. The data linked to this ID is stored in encrypted form in our database on the server.
This includes information about the last touchpoints (i.e., when a specific advertisement was displayed or clicked on from a device). The stored touchpoints can potentially be compiled into a sequence chain (user journey).
When an action request is made, the order number and the total value of your shopping cart are usually transmitted and stored by us. Additionally, the following data may be transmitted and stored: your customer number, new customer status, your age and gender, as well as any information you provided in a customer survey.
The cookies stored by Linkster GmbH are deleted no later than 30 days after being set. The information transmitted to us and the cookies serve solely to correctly attribute the success of an advertisement and ensure proper billing. This processing is justified by our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
If you do not wish to allow cookies to be stored in your browser, you can adjust this through your browser settings. You can disable cookie storage in your browser under Extras/Internet Options, restrict it to certain websites, or configure your browser to notify you whenever a cookie is sent. However, please note that this may lead to a limited display of online content and a restricted user experience. You can also delete cookies at any time. In this case, the information stored within them will be removed from your device.
The collection and processing of tracking data can also be disabled by clicking on this tracking opt-out link:
https://trck.linkster.co/privacy-optout.do
Access to Your Data:
https://trck.linkster.co/privacy-mydata.do
You can find a detailed overview of the specific cookies used by our tracking technology below:
TRS:
Unique 24-character identifier (ID) for tracking partnerships. This cookie is stored in the client browser and identifies database records that contain touchpoint data.
TRSCJ:
Fallback cookie containing basic touchpoint data for tracking partnerships. This cookie stores all touchpoint data in an encrypted form in the client browser.
trs_db_optout:
When you click on the tracking opt-out link, a special cookie is set, which disables tracking in the current web browser of the device. However, tracking will be reactivated as soon as you delete the tracking opt-out cookie.

Do Not Track
Please note that because there is no consistent industry understanding of how to respond to “Do Not Track” signals, we do not alter our data collection and usage practices when we detect such a signal from your browser.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
Complaints
As noted above, if you would like to make a complaint, please contact us by e-mail or by mail using the details provided under “Contact” above.
If you are not satisfied with our response to your complaint, you have the right to lodge your complaint with the relevant data protection authority. You can contact your local data protection authority, or our supervisory authority here: https://www.edoeb.admin.ch/edoeb/de/home/der-edoeb/kontakt.html
