How will I receive the gift card?

After you’ve purchased the gift card, we’ll send you an email with the card’s unique link and instructions on how to redeem it.

How do I redeem my gift card?

To redeem your Dr. Liv Gift Card, add all the products you’d like to get to your shopping bag and then type your gift card’s unique code into the designated field at checkout.

How can I check the balance on my gift card?

To check the balance on your gift card, click on the link in the email containing your gift card.

The code on my gift card doesn’t work. What do I do?

If your gift card still has a balance, but you cannot redeem it, please contact our customer support at shop@drliv.com, and we’ll resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Can the gift card be redeemed for cash?

We do not redeem gift cards for cash.

I can no longer find the email containing my gift card. Can you resend it?

We can resend the Gift Card email, but only to the person who purchased the Gift Card. To have your Gift Card resent, please contact us at shop@drliv.com.

I bought the wrong products with my gift card and had to send them back. How will you refund me?

If there is still a balance left on your gift card, we will refund the amount to said gift card. If not, we will send you a new gift card.

I have more than one gift card. Can I combine their value?

Yes, simply enter both codes into the designated field on the right at checkout.

Can you send the gift card directly to the person I bought it for?

Unfortunately, we can only send the email containing the gift card to the person that bought it. You can then forward the email to the person receiving the gift.

Can I customize the value of the gift card?

You can choose the value of the gift card (50, 100, 200), but you cannot customize it.
